It generally consists of 4 to 8 people in a group who share similar experiences. Periodic enrollment periods will occur for a group focused on a specific topic. We will not add new members for the duration of the group to support cohesion and a supportive environment.

Throughout the entire therapy session, our qualified counselors and therapists make sure you feel accepted, secure, and free from judgment. In our therapy sessions, we create a friendly, accepting, and nonjudgmental atmosphere so that you can freely discuss your feelings.
